Available Positions 

 

UI/UX Designer



We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on our current open-world project, Autonomica. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident in Figma, understands game UI production workflows, and can help bring clean, functional, and immersive interfaces into the engine.

In this position, you will design user flows, wireframes, and final interface layouts, while also supporting implementation inside Unity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable not only creating polished UI/UX solutions, but also preparing assets and assembling prefabs in-engine for testing and iteration. Your goal is to help create interfaces that are readable, cohesive, and aligned with the visual identity of the project.
 

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interface layouts, flows, and interaction patterns for gameplay systems, menus, and in-game screens.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and final UI presentations in Figma.
  • Work closely with Game Design, Art, and Engineering to ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across the project.
  • Prepare UI assets for implementation and support the assembly of UI prefabs in Unity.
  • Maintain and improve existing interface systems while following established visual and technical guidelines.
  • Help ensure that UI elements remain functional, scalable, and readable across different gameplay contexts.
     

Technical Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, player readability, hierarchy, and interaction design in games.
  • Ability to prepare production-ready UI assets and documentation for implementation.
  • Practical knowledge of Unity and the ability to assemble and maintain prefabs within the engine.
  • Understanding of layout systems, anchors, responsive scaling, and general UI implementation workflows.
  • Ability to work within an established art direction and adapt designs to an existing visual style.
     

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing interfaces for survival, crafting, automation, or open-world games.

Wwise Audio Engineer

 

We are looking for a Wwise Audio Engineer to join our team and work on our current open-world project, Autonomica. This role is ideal for someone who understands interactive game audio pipelines and can help maintain, implement, and expand the project's soundscape across sound effects, music, and voice content.

In this position, you will work directly with Wwise and Unity to integrate and manage in-game audio systems. You will be responsible for implementing new audio content, maintaining existing setups, and ensuring that sound behaves reliably and consistently across gameplay scenarios. Your goal is to support the atmosphere, feedback, and overall player experience through a well-structured and responsive audio pipeline.
 

Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and improve game audio systems using Wwise and Unity.
  • Add and manage sound effects, music, and voice lines across gameplay, UI, and world systems.
  • Organize and maintain Wwise project structure, events, states, switches, RTPCs, and sound banks.
  • Collaborate with Sound Designers, Game Designers, and Engineers to ensure audio is functioning correctly and supporting gameplay needs.
  • Debug and resolve audio-related issues in implementation and runtime behavior.
  • Maintain consistency, performance, and reliability across the project's interactive audio systems.
     

 

Technical Requirements

 

  • Strong practical experience with Wwise implementation for games.
  • Good understanding of interactive audio systems, event-driven playback, mixing logic, and parameter control.
  • Experience integrating and maintaining audio pipelines in Unity.
  • Ability to work with sound effects, music systems, and voice line implementation.
  • Understanding of audio optimization, memory usage, and performance considerations in real-time projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues and maintain clean project organization.

  • Experience working on open-world, survival, or systems-heavy games.
  • Understanding of spatial audio, environmental audio behavior, and immersive sound design workflows.

Experienced Unity Developer


We're looking for an experienced Unity developer to join our remote team, contributing to the development of an open-world game. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid understanding of Unity's ecosystem.
 

Requirements

  • Solid experience within Unity’s ecosystem (3+ years).
  • Strong C# game development skills and understanding of common principles and patterns.
  • Comfortable with version control systems (we use Unity Version Control / Plastic SCM).
  • Experience working with large, multi-layered Animators and surrounding code.
  • Experience with Unity profiling and optimization.
  • Open to completing a small, focused technical challenge to demonstrate problem-solving and code quality.
  • Proven professional experience in a similar role.
  • Availability within ±3 hours of UTC.
     

 

Nice to Have

  • Prior work on open-world games.
  • Experience with Unity Version Control (Plastic SCM).
  • Experience with Jira workflows for team-based environments.
  • Understanding of ScriptableObject-based architecture.

3D Prop Artist (Mid+ / Senior)

 

We are looking for a 3D Prop Artist to join our team for the Open World project Autonomica.

Genre: Co-op PvE Automation & Crafting.

Art Style: Stylized Realism within a Scientific Cassette Futurism setting.
 

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing concept art and documentation. Understanding object mechanics, connection logic, and the functional purpose of components.
  • Executing the full asset creation pipeline, from block-out to export-ready models.
  • Developing new elements and customizing existing ones within architectural and mechanical construction kits. Working in accordance with technical regulations and documentation.
  • Working with unique texture sets and project-specific customizable materials. Studying internal documentation and adapting to established asset preparation methods.
  • Refinement of mechanics and visual elements while adhering to the project's established visual code.
     

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Poly modeling, Sub-D, Boolean workflows, and ZBrush sculpting. Strong understanding of the constructive plausibility of objects.
  • Creating optimized Low-poly geometry with proper density distribution within established polycount budgets.
  • Expertise in shading setup (Hard/Soft edges, Custom Normals) to ensure clean baking and correct in-engine display.
  • Creating layouts with efficient UV space utilization. Proper island orientation for texturing and elimination of visual distortions. Proficiency in using Trim sheets, Tileable textures, and tiled geometry elements.
  • Baking maps without technical artifacts.
  • Working within a PBR pipeline. Translating material properties into a stylized look.

Environment Artist

 

We are looking for an Environment Artist to join our team and work on our current open-world project, Autonomica. This role is ideal for an artist who is production-ready, possesses a deep understanding of real-time graphics requirements, and can work efficiently within an established pipeline.

In this position, you will not only create environment assets but also work directly on the game world shaping and set-dressing open-world locations, working with terrain, asset placement, and visual composition. Your goal is to maintain the cohesion, readability, and atmosphere of the world in close collaboration with Level Designers, Tech Art, and Engineering. This role is focused on the artistic production of environments and the overall visual quality of the world.
 

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine open-world environments following the project's art direction and established technical constraints.
  • Ensure consistent visual quality and predictable results within assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate with Tech Art and Engineering to resolve visual and technical issues related to assets and world assembly.


Asset Types and Environments

The Environment Artist should be able to independently create and polish the following types of assets and world elements:

  • Foliage and trees created within existing pipelines.
  • Stones, cliff elements, and modular formations for natural environments.
  • Tileable textures and shaders used for terrain painting and visual shaping.
  • Ground and environmental decals for surface detailing.
  • Organic and man-made props for set-dressing and world population.
  • Modular elements created according to specific standards and a modular grid.

 

Texturing and Materials

  • Create textures and materials in line with the art direction set by the Art Director or Lead.
  • Work within established texture pipelines and project-specific technical constraints.
  • Maintain a mindful approach to texture memory and optimization (texture budgeting) according to set standards.


World Building and Level Art

  • Assemble and visually polish open-world locations.
  • Work with terrain tools, asset placement, and the visual composition of spaces.
  • Maintain the visual logic of the world, considering gameplay, navigation, and environmental readability.
  • Work within the framework of existing design solutions and layouts.


Tools and Software

We expect a professional level of proficiency in the following tools:

  • Engine: Unity (for world assembly, testing, and environment refinement).
  • 3D and Sculpting: Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush.
  • Textures and Materials: Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Adobe Photoshop CC.

Qualifications and Expectations

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience creating 3D environments for high-quality game projects.
  • Solid understanding of PBR workflow, modular environment construction, and real-time graphics principles.
