You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and fully transferable right and license to use your personal information in connection with the creation and development of analytical and statistical analysis tools relating to the use of the customer data we collect on the Service (the “Analytical Data”). We are expressly authorized to make any commercial use of the Analytical Data, including without limitation, sharing the Analytical Data with third parties.

Our Service interfaces with social media and other third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, and Steam. You can log in to those third-party services through the Service and connect them to your account on the Service. These third-party services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name, email address, game collection, subscriber count, and account information to pre-populate portions of your account, profile, and other parts of the Service. Signing in with these third-party services means that your profile photos and other public information may be viewable by other users of the Service.
We strive to educate parents and kids about how to appropriately safeguard their privacy when using the Service. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about our information collection and use practices. COPPA also requires that we obtain parental consent before we allow children under the age of 13 to access or use the Service. Crytivo will share personal information if we have a good faith belief that (i) access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the Service, or (iii) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Crytivo, its employees, clients, or users of the Service.
· Asset transfers. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of Crytivo’s assets or a line of business, user information, including personal information collected from you through your use of the Service, could be included in the transferred assets. Should such an event occur, Crytivo will use reasonable means to notify you through a prominent notice on the Service. By sharing your personal information with Crytivo, you are giving Crytivo consent to transfer your personal information to a third party in an asset transfer described here.
You should be aware that, when you disclose information about yourself in on Crytivo’s forums, chat rooms, or comment sections, the information is being made publicly available and may be collected and used by Crytivo or other third parties. When you disclose any information in on our forums, you do so at your own risk.
Crytivo allows you to control the way we use personally identifying information that we might obtain. At the time you provide personal information, Crytivo may give you the option of declining any future offers or information about new products, promotions, or services. In addition, many of the “mailings” Crytivo may send you, such as newsletters, have procedures within them to cancel the receipt of any future mailings or decide which mailings you wish to receive.
You may opt out of any disclosure of personal data to a third party or the use of data for any purpose other than the one for which it was initially collected by filling out a contact form on the Service or emailing us at email@example.com. You must provide us with the email address or username associated with your Crytivo account and the details of your privacy request.
In some cases, we may not be able to delete your personal information, and will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We take reasonable steps and appropriate measures to protect data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Please note that some data may be retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce Crytivo’s user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Service.

In some cases, we may not be able to delete your personal information, and will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, Crytivo is committed to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. If the complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction after 45 days, please contact our U.S.-based third-party dispute resolution provider (at no cost to you) JAMS, at https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield.
The US Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Crytivo’s compliance with this Policy and the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. As a last resort, privacy complaints that remain unresolved after pursuing these and other channels may be subject to binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel, to be created jointly by the US Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
The personal information that you provide to us is stored on servers that are located in secured facilities and protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information, including password protection, two-factor authentication, and SSL encryption. Access to this personal information is limited to the Crytivo employees who are reasonably required to have that access. In addition, Crytivo employees who have access to your personal information are trained in the maintenance and security of that information.
However, no server, computer or communications network or system, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect user information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the Service and you acknowledge and agree that you provide such information and engage in such transmissions at your own risk. Once we receive a transmission from you, we will endeavor to maintain its security on our systems.
